Returns & Exchanges

At Dick's Edinburgh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all specialist tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Notify Us

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you require an exchange or refund.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the parcel.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return via a tracked and insured postal service to our Edinburgh boutique address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
